he steals your money!

I would recommend to anyone that they NOT rent or lease from Wes Herren. He steals your money! He stole mine when I was living at an apt complex in Ocala. I would give him the rent on the 1st od each month and then he would say that he never received the payment and leave a 3 day notice to pay! He is a thief!!






Real Estate License Revoked

The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) revoked Wes Herren's real estate license in August of 2008...the result of eight (8) complaints against Mr. Herren. I certainly would NOT recommend him. He misappropriated funds during the course of handling rental real estate...causing the revokation of his real estate license.
