- It's such a good feeling to help some one find the perfect home to purchase or help a family successfully sell their home so that can move on.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Probably the most challenging issue now is the number of short sales and the length of time it can take to get to a successful sale or purchase.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I recieved a referral from another agent that had a customer in my area that really needed to sell her home and her previous agent hadn't even shown her home. I had it listed less than a month, priced it correctly to begin with and had it under contract and closed all within that same month. That was a referral fee I was happy to pay.
- What is your best characteristic?
- People say that I am very likeable and am extremely honest and very loyal to my friends and family.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I would have to say that my family inspires me the most. I love to see them succeed and be happy in life and to know that I had a little bit to do with that.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- My mom, once said, just be yourself and I think that is probably the best advice I have gotten.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Hmmm, I kind of like it where I am, maybe just my family and I on a little tropical lush island in the middle of no where.
