My girlfriend and I used this agent and we were very disappointed. We spent 2 months on a house trying to buy it and couldn't event get an answer. We later found out that it was a bad deal because of our new agent who got us answers in less than a week. Advice for people, if you want to do all the grunt work and want a person who just looks out for her self than this is who you want. 5 word description about this one is "it's all about the money".
