My husband and I took up a week of their time seeing multiple properties all under $100K and they treated us like million dollar buyers. They took their time, were excellent at communicating, and in the long run became respected friends of ours.

Totally impressed on his commercial background. Prevoiusly bought building thru Tim and would highly recommend him. He will go the extra mile to follow up when he finds a building you want that is not even on the market.

Tim is truly a persistent and smart commercial real estate agent. I was lucky to have met him.

Tim is very knowledgeable and a super salesman. I don't know why anyone would say anything negative about him when he only sells commercial real estate. I am not aware of him being a residential broker.

I first listed my house with Mr.Bokmuller.After over a year and no results I decided to go another way.In my opinion he was very set in his ways,very old-fashioned,and out of the loop. I was not surprised to see more negative reviews on this site,and would also not recommend him if you plan on not wasting you money.(which seems to be this guy's only objective!)

As if it isn't hard enough as a single female to purchase a house......... I used this agent and I must say he is quite arrogant! I felt very uncomfortable with him and when the sexual innuendos started, I had to call it quits with this guy. I believe he thinks ALL women are attracted to him. I must tell you, he is not the least bit attractive and as a female I was very offended by his comments and actions. Rather than turn him into the Real Estate Board I feel my review will speak volumes to any females considering this agent. And to the agent, I say ..... come onto women your own age.

We told him exactly what we were looking for, but he insisted on showing us his listings first. We ended up going with another Realtor. He also had bad breath.

She tqaked well but did not deliver what was promised. It is good to see she has many friends to write good review but I actual customer not happy.

Those two bad reviews that Lila got, it's unfortunately from other Realtor that is afraid of competition.That's ashamed! Lila is a very good Realtor, very professional, and very well known in Naples.She is the best that you can find in the area.She loves what she does and that reflects at her work. Lila you are great and you have nothing to worry about!

Lila is the best agent that I ever meet. She helped me a lot! She did show us a lot of properties before we buy our home.She was always available, always picked up her phone, always helping any and many times a day! We had excelent experience! She is the best realtor ever!!!!!

Lila helped us buy our first home, also an investment property, and has handled rentals for us. I recommend her 100%. She is professional and knowledgeable. She is flexible in her working hours, friendly, and responsible. Most importantly, she is honest. I highly recommend her.

I agree with the previous comment. This agent promises the world but does not deliver.

Without question this is the worst buisness experience of my life with this agent. She said anything to get the listing but then did very little to sell the house. The house sold because I found a buyer. This agent was nonresponsive, difficult to understand and agruementative.
