"I first listed my house with Mr.Bokmuller.After over a year and no results I decided to go another way.In my opinion he was very set in his ways,very old-fashioned,and out of the loop. I was not surprised to see more negative reviews on this site,and would also not recommend him if you plan on not wasting you money.(which seems to be this guy's only objective!)"

"As if it isn't hard enough as a single female to purchase a house......... I used this agent and I must say he is quite arrogant! I felt very uncomfortable with him and when the sexual innuendos started, I had to call it quits with this guy. I believe he thinks ALL women are attracted to him. I must tell you, he is not the least bit attractive and as a female I was very offended by his comments and actions. Rather than turn him into the Real Estate Board I feel my review will speak volumes to any females considering this agent. And to the agent, I say ..... come onto women your own age."
