When buying a house on Marco Island earlier this year she acted as sellers agent. She gave my buyers agent some information that turned out was not true. We only found out after the papers had been signed and it was too late to do anything about it. After that point she did not return my agents emails nor phone calls.

Annemarie was referred to me on a Wednesday. She made an appointment with me that evening. She showed up at exactly the appointed time, took a look at the property and told me the price I needed to be at to sell. It was exactly the price I had in mind and on the following Sunday it was sold. I have other properties in different parts of Florida that the agents have done nothing with for 2 years. I wish I could clone her to sell them as fast and as professional as the Naples property. I would highly recommend her if you are a serious buyer or seller.

This woman knows what she wants, to sell you a home that gives her the maximum commission no matter what YOU want. Pushy, arrogant, and just a plain rotten human being.
