- The economy. Alot of people are suffering from the down turn in real estate.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I was working with a client who wanted a vacant piece of land. We were looking at all of the pieces from the MLS and nothing was interesting him. As we were driving, he saw a parcel that he liked, but it wasn't for sale. I got out of the car and asked who owned the property. After finding out, I contacted the lady and we closed on the property 30 days later.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Honesty. I will tell you what you need to hear. I won't lie to earn your business.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family inspires me. If I get listings, I need to sell them. Just having listings will not pay the bills.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Treat others as you would want to be treated.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I live there...Lake County Florida.
