Great For Investors and 1st time Buyers

He Realy knows his areas, What I liked He was not a part-time Realtor. Also He owners over 38 properties so I Got great info off him what to look for. He Known hands on how to remodel, and explained to me what not to get involved in. I bought my First Duplex at A steal... This Guy was Awesome I'm working on my next project with him, I want to close by Feb 09 on my next Duplex. Contact him if you can.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Helping People get their first home or Investment Property. Having all my return clients / friends help their kids get homes too.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The challenge I face is the same one every Agent faces - That is to help my buyer and seller clients through an often difficult time of transition. My goal is to make the process simple and fun.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
There are many success stories, but perhaps one of the most heart wrenching story was the client whose Father had past away. I had helped him buy the home for his Father 4 years earlier. Now he needed to sell. I was able to help Him through the process and help Him find closure, at least in one area of his life.
What is your best characteristic?
To never give up. If the deal is out for my Client I will find it...

My family,faith and spirituality
