I wanted to purchace a property though Keller Williams and they told me I had to pre-qualify though Onelio first- I advised that I had a approval letter from my mortgage and onelio said if I did not qualify with him I would not get the house. I placed the highest offer and DID NOT GET THE HOUSE because of him. I am presently going though FLA Real Estate for file charges as I heard it was illegal...

No one have ever treated me as well as this gentleman did. I bought my house the perfect one and after the transaction this caballero helped me out to get a zoning letter for an ALF at no charge. I'll recommend this realtor to everyone.

Called me to tell me she can close on my property in less than 30 days, lied to me non stop about the status of the sale on behalf of "her buyer". She wanted to flip the property but lied and said it was for her buyer (who in reality was flipping it) Doesn't answer calls, It's close to 3 months that were in contract now with no word on whether she is proceeding with the sale. I took my unit off the mls because of her and lost the chance to sell it to potential buyers because of her ongoing lies. Stay away!!!!
