What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
When my clients does not qualify for a mortgage because of their credit history.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I also help family from loosing their home by contacting their bank officer and try to save the home by re-finance or installment plan to pay back their past balance. It feels great when someone can stay in their home by communcating the right people and explaining in a way that the bank can understand their hardship.

I have patience and persistence in finding the right investment for the clients.
I am constantly involved in finding out the final approval plans from our County Commissioner and the City Commissioner by listening and participating with their meetings.
I understand the loan process and help buyers and investors finding the right mortgage for their budget.
I am constantly informing existing clientele of the recent inventory and my listings to more than 1,000 people in my database.
I have a great follow-up system so nothing falls into the crack. I have a daily schedule that I am committed and dedicated to the clients and their family
Who or what inspires you the most?
Myself. I always want to be a better real estate agent. I ask my clients what I can do for them even after the tranasction has closed. I care about people in general. I feel we are connected to each other and we are in this earth to help.
What is the best advice you ever received?
I received great advice everyday from everyone around me. I attend many workshop in real estate and I get great ideas to improve my selling skills and help how buyers think so I can answer their fear up front.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Miami Beach, Florida. I have not find any place that have great beaches all year round, sunshine all year round especially in winter time. I just love Miami Florida all year round. I'm happy and grateful to be in Florida everyday
