Beaware of Esther - she is trying to sell her own

Esther Quinon is selling a house that needs a new roof done with permits to code without disclosing problems. The existing roof was laid over the old roof and the work performed was without any permits. Esther crossed out the sellers disclosure refusing to fill it out and then did not disclose she is an agent and the owner nor did the realtor, Edward quinon, disclose he is related to esther. Esther quinon has refused to fix the roof and she intend to sell the house to someone else without fixing the unpermited roof. Beware as she did not disclose as required by Law. Esther will sell her house at 11175 SW 112 Terrace with all these problems. If esther disclosed the problems then the buyers would not have wasted their time or monies paid for inspections. There is also a drug counceling half way house across the street which is not appealing to any buyer. She has advertized this home as a home you could buy with conventional, FHA or Va financing but she is unwilling to fix the house.
