Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I position myself to be of service to my valued client. My love for Real Estate and to bring my skills and knowledge of Real Estate and the Real Estate Market is a valued service to my clients. I love assisting my clients realize their goals.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Protecting the integrity of the business. Today there are too many people who have tossed their hat into this real estate ring and claim to be experts, investors and authorities on the subject when they in fact have no professional training or more importantly do not hold a valid real estate license and are not regulated.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I assisted my buyer purchase a home from a seller who did not have their property listed. I was able to assist the seller with the purchase of their new home and help that seller, now buyer purchase a new home as well. I also was able to assist all three with their financing needs.
What is your best characteristic?: I am a good listener. I work diligently with my client. Every one of my clients have had exceptional service and were treated with integrity honesty and professionally.
Who or what inspires you the most?: I look at each day as a new opportunity. As a self-employed individual, it is refreshing to me that I can wake in the morning and do what I love. I am very self-motivational and that self-motivation inspires me to become the best I can be.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Treat your clients like you want to be treated. Be honest with them good or bad.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Here in South Florida. I love South Florida and will never move from here.
