Mary buy a previous house with Susan R Weitz and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This woman was responsible for the apartment I rented and she did not complete her duties even minimally. I had to move into an apartment, after paying for an entire month just to secure it, that was filthy and the applicances were brokem. Her counterpart said he was going to report her to some realtor's association for misconduct, and all she did was complain to me that she was not going to get her commission. In addition, she was late to every appointment I had with her.
