- Currently the lending atmosphere is very challenging...buyer can be pre-qualified, and the mortgages can be challenging to close! Tropical Realty has closed the most number of Buyer transactions in our market-place in the last 2 years.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Short sale negotiations on a recent transaction were going into the 4th month...couple's wedding date approached and agents put a huge effort into follow-up with lenders & title companies. We got news of the approval the day before the wedding, signed loan papers in their gowns and tuxes and closed 30 days later!
