I have known Mary since 1999. A yr after we met we were ready 2 buy. Mary gave us the MLS listing 4 areas we were interested in & asked us 2 let her know which was of interest. We didn't see anything that week. The next week she heard a listing being taken where we wanted 2 live. She told us we needed 2 move fast. We saw it that eve, made an offer and were in to our home w/in a month's time. She handled everything so smoothly. We w/b moving w/in the year and Mary w/b our realtor.
