Frank; in one word awesome , He is one of the most honest and hardest working agents in town ...in the county , I'd recommend him to anyone who wants a future in a house or want to sell their house ...His candor and professionalism is to be complimented and sort after...thank you satisfied customer!!!!

The realtor and or web site affiliates are responsible for fraud. Read previous review and opening statement. I just came across this after all this time. Those that read the false statement would and did not open my review would have thought I felt he provided service. Milton did not. Now with Wynmoor realty, beware. Should my message be changed again I will take this to an attorney.

This agent rented a property, took his finders fee & now the renters are being evicted because the owners(who were friends of the agent) fradulently took deposit & rent money knowing the house was going into fosloreclosure! He also accepted the first few payments fromt the renters w/out providing them with contact info for the owners! This is currently under investigation.

This agent was not satisfactory to either myself or the seller of the property that listed the property with him. He failed to do his job on many levels. Told me it was a private listing and would not work with another agent yet *I found it on the internet the night i signed the contract. i can write a long list of complaints up to he was not present for the closing. From start to finish this agent and his broker did not satisfy me on any level and made the purchase most unpleasant to both myself and the seller. He told them I was unpleasant and not to talk to us. and told us that he was unpleasant and to stay away from me. He even arranged the same at the closing. When one of the promises were broken to the seller after the closing we met and compared stories. There was no part of the transaction that did not become a problem due to lack of effort on this agents side. Most had to be done without him. If you want to have a miserable experience its this agent for you.
