$960K is the average listed home price, but the sold listings are much less!

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Very few people are buying lots in our area. The biggest sellers are homes. Two reasons, its easier to get a loan, and there are more single family homes in foreclosure

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
What better job, than getting to show people who usually live in the cold and snow, how wonderful it is to live on a tropical island. Much better than a desk job!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
It can be difficult to work with some other agents who have 'lost their spark' and we must work in close contact with them. We try to get along with a sense of humor if all else fails

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
After being in Real Estate full time for less than a year, I was awarded the Robbie Clark award, Realtor rookie of the year. Out of several hundred of my peers, I was very honored to receive the award.

What is your best characteristic?
Not high-pressure, always in a good mood!

Who or what inspires you the most?
True happiness, when you see it, it lights up your world.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Do more listening than talking.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Marco Island, Florida.
