Cindy helped us buy a new home in Macclenny in 2008. We gave her a VERY short lead time and she found the perfect house at a fair price. She was always available to us if we had questions. We moved out of state almost 2 years ago, but because the housing market crashed a month after we bought the house we owed too much on it to sell it, so Cindy found a renter for us and has managed the property since. I've never had to worry about a thing. She even had a new renter for us about a week after the first tenants left. She worked so fast that there was only one month we didn't receive a rent payment. Any repairs that have been needed she took of for us too, getting bids and evaluating the work. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
