Doug is simply the best. I put my house on the market just as it was starting to decline, and sold it in 3 months for the asking price. He made the process simple, screened all the looky-loos, knew how to negotiate.... Really a top notch job.

Bill and his wife ripped me off. They "bought" my house, but I found out they never paid off my mortgage and stopped paying it, which hurt my credit. I would never recommend these people to anybody.
