I have been in the Real Estate business for 17 years.
What is the average home price in your market?
The average home price in the Central Florida market is approximately $240,000.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Central Florida trends: Unrealistically high real estate prices from 2005 are steadily coming down to affordability. Property values are now similar to what they were in 2004.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy being a real estate agent because selling real estate allows me the one-on-one contact with people that I enjoy so much. Helping people get what they want provides me incredible satisfaction. As we all know not every real estate transaction is smooth sailing, but, being able to provide professional guidance, help facilitate remedies, and alleviate stress resulting in a happy ending for both buyer and seller is very gratifying.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue I face as a Real Estate Professional is the real estate market itself. Whether it is up or down it is usually a good time to buy or sell, but it is difficult convincing Buyers and Sellers. There will always be a good argument to sell or not to sell, or buy or not to buy. It's all relative and depends upon a Buyer's or Seller's specific needs. But, when it comes down to it, real estate will always be a good investment. It always goes up in value over time. A buyer must look at his purchase not only as a roof over his head, but as a long term investment. A Seller needs to look at the profit (equity) he will realize, now, not what he could have gotten if he sold it last year.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be here in
Central Florida, in the USA. I say this because, with what I do for a living I can live anywhere in the world. But, here I am, living in Casselberry, Florida. So, I am where I want to be, for right now, anyway.
