mr &mrs sell a previous house with Leonard W Cohen and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
I have bought and sold many properties over the world and dealing with Mr. Cohen and his assistant Courtny has been the worst experience I have ever experienced. I would not recommend him and/or courtny to anyone even my worst enemy they are very unprofessional and rude, they give you no feed back they NEVER return your calls they tried on mant occasions to have me continuosly lower my asking price and if I didn't they would not bring any buyers to see the property many people in the Barclay feel that they have been "stiffed by his ways "
