Frank helped us find our dream home. I really can't thank him enough for helping us and getting us such a great deal. We had been looking for almost a year with a couple of other agents when we found one of Franks properties. We used our agent because we have worked with her for so long but Frank was very helpful and went above and beyond to get things done.

I believe these comments were directed to the wrong person. Janice has stated she does not recall any problems or ill feelings toward any of her clients personally w/any of her Real Estate Transactions. My experience with Mr. Frank Bazail has not been pleasant. I do not believe he tries hard enough or cares a lot about his clients. He has done very little to help us find our dream home. If anything we've done all the leg work. I really wish he would at the least act like he cared, but I guess that is too much to ask for. My advice to others is find someone who will really work for you and someone who has your best interest at heart. After all we are the reason they make the money they make, so why shouldn't they put forth effort. Happy house hunting to all and I wish you a better experience then what we have had so far.
