In todays market we have to deal with a lot of Foreclosure and Short Sale properties. Teaching your client that these are not traditional sales, but you can get a great deal if you can be patient with the banks on getting these closed.

At the closing table, handing my buyers the keys after they have just closed on their new home.

I listen to what my client is looking for in a home and only show them those properties.
