Potential Buyers, BEWARE!!! USE ANOTHER AGENT! This one is NOT Honest! We had the most horrible experience with this young lady. She mixes religion with her profession, as well as plays games with verbal numbers when it comes to the most important investment in your life. She asks you over the phone, what your "Bottom line Offer is" over the phone!, and doesn't put anything in writing!! Nice. She also was very bossy, and is very unprofessional in her communication skills. She put us up against another offer, and tried to get us to pay more for a home with a false sense of urgency. There was no other offer! We decided to use another professional Real Estate person, and it was a night/day differnce. The other Real Estate person put the Good Faith estimate in writing and went to present it to the Seller (as it should of been).
