Frank helped us find our dream home. I really can't thank him enough for helping us and getting us such a great deal. We had been looking for almost a year with a couple of other agents when we found one of Franks properties. We used our agent because we have worked with her for so long but Frank was very helpful and went above and beyond to get things done.

I can't say enough on how wonderful of an agent Mr. Frank is. I had been looking for a home for a very long time and he found us the perfect home and really made sure that we got the best deal. I think if you are looking for a home in the Polk County area you should call him. I found that he really was in touch with what consumers are looking for and really understood our needs. Dissapointed
My experience with Mr. Frank Bazail has not been pleasant. I do not believe he tries hard enough or cares a lot about his clients. He has done very little to help us find our dream home. If anything we've done all the leg work. I really wish he would at the least act like he cared, but I guess that is too much to ask for. My advice to others is find someone who will really work for you and someone who has your best interest at heart. After all we are the reason they make the money they make, so why shouldn't they put forth effort. Happy house hunting to all and I wish you a better experience then what we have had so far.
