- I don't consider real estate a challenge. I truly feel there are solutions for every situation. One instance is being able to help a customer with limited finances find their first home. The customers I have helped have expressed such gratitude. This is why I am in this business. Their gratitude always makes it a truly rewarding experience.

- Being able to sell a customer's home before it goes into foreclosure.

- Paying attention to what the customer's needs and wants are and educating them during the entire process. This is important to me and all of my customers are life long friends.
