we bought houses through deans company and also used them for rentals and management suprise suprise we did not get our rental income made two trips over and threaten to sit in the office all day until he gave us our money.change the locks and on a friends visit found that the lock box had been smashed off and tat someone had tried to gain access called the sheriff and told him of our suspisions need I say we did not get our money

I see someone took him to FREC but insufficient evidence! With the ammount of people and companies he has shafted and lives he has ruined this truly amazes me, he is still living a very nice life on one of his ranches, and of course blaming everyone apart from himself - there is a big difference between owning a real estate company in hard times and being a blatant crook, Dean and the family are the latter, and only a matter of time before the authorities in the UK and US catch up - I hear a very good case being put together by authorities both sides! my friend has told me that this bunch of crooks are being investigated by state inspectors for many things. They are being chased by owners of properties for non payment of mortgages, taxes etc. If you want to join the law suit you must get in touch with Dee Obryan 407 574 1555 she is the state inspector for homes and will be able to update them on the infamous Lacey-freemans. Terry Lacey Freeman (the one with the bad wig) is Dean Lacey Freemans Father in Law. Dean nee Garner, married Terry's daughter Caroline and changed his name to the infamous Lacey Freeman. They all moved from Essex to FL and have been conning people for many years.

We purchased our Kissimmee home in 2000, and in our ignorance used Lacy Freeman as our realtor even though we now believe he was unlicenced. They provided incredibly poor property management and put people in our house without our knowledge. Fortunately we sacked them in 2000 and moved to an honest management company. By the way Dean's job in UK was refilling vending machines!! And topman Terry was an ambulance driver!! What a crock of doggydoos. Previous trading names were FloridaFun then FloridaUSADirect - I really hope this helps put these con artists in the right place.

Please don't deal with this guy under any circumstances. They are only interested in your reservation fees, deposits or commission & goodness knows where that all goes - you will be given no help in any way. Communication with you will be virtually nil once they have your money.

Bought a property through WPC, a company owned by the elusive Dean Lacey Freeman. He hasn't got the decency to respond to you but will happily take your money. Moves from one dodgy venture to another conning people along the way. Let's hope the authorities catch up with him soon!

We bought a property through WPC also and like that they have our money too. We went over from Ireland last week to try sort this out to no avail. How he/they can get away with it is a disgrace.

We used New Horizons Property Management, which is owned and run by this low life, as our management company. They have about $13000 of our money which they won't return. You can't contact them and all efforts to get our money are met with silence. Do NOT deal with World Property Centre or New Horizons Proerty Management under any circumstances.

Sorry, far from incredible, his company has robbed thousands of $ from numerous UK clients who paid him escrow money in good faith, he has kept the money now wont return it!! Action is being served, he is living life of luxury while people lose their life savings. Be warned!! P. Doff
