My average home price for the market is in the $200,000-$500,000 range
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I lived in several places all my life and embrace people of many different cultures. Real Estate is a common entity, that no matter who you are, you will need to buy or sell a home at least once in your lifetime. My clients, become a part of my "Family" from around the country.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
My most challenging issue is that I give over 100% and work often seven days a week. Taking a day off for myself is challenging enough, not to return the phone call that day.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A single bachelor needing his father to sign the loan papers, the papers were mailed out to the father late, the seller didn't want to grant an extension, so I drove my client from Celebration to Jacksonville Florida to meet with his parents that drove down from Atlanta and at midnight, we were meeting the parents to pick up papers that would be hand delivered to the Title Company at 9AM.
What is your best characteristic?
Really feeling out what my clients expectations and wants are.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My daughter who finished two years of college in high school, graduated #11 in her class, played three Varisy sports and is driven to graduate from the University of Florida in a total of 2 1/2 years
What is the best advice you ever received?
It is what it is
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Wherever I am at the time that someone asks me this question.
