Outstanding in every way!

We chose Soheila because she was the selling agent for a home we liked, and we're very glad we did. She was attentive to our "must haves" and "would also likes," and didn't waste any of our time showing us homes that didn't fit our specs. Soheila was easy to reach and called us often to keep us up to date with options, showings and details before and after we made an offer on our home. She has excellent judgement regarding the market, and was able to advise us how much to offer and even knocked $5,000 additional off the price after it had been accepted! She is a skillful negotiator who puts her clients first, treats them courteously and was also very helpful finding the best banks, insurance agents, shopping, etc. Its impossible that there is anyone better in northern Palm Beach county and surrounding areas.
