Ethics, Integrity, Honor, Honesty are all terms that are mutually exclusive to this Realtor. I hired Susan to sell my home and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences in my life. Susan's eyes are on her comission and if you get the short end of the stick a a result of her selling you out behind your back, she has no concerns, or remorse. Good Luck with any business transaction you do with Susan!

From personal experience with this realtor, I can say that the other review is clearly biased against her own concerns with her husband. This realtor is nothing but business and gets the job done with a smile on her face. To coincide your personal disbelief of a husband's loyalty with business is nothing but a sign of a failing marriage. Susan is a hard working individual and has given me much happiness in finding a house for myself.

Agent NEVER shows his own listings, can't get ahold of him. You might as well use BUY OWNER service. Try his number and see if you reach him...mailbox is FULL. Been trying to show his listing for days.
