- I truly enjoy being a problem solver and seeing someone move into their new home that is exactly what meets their needs!

- Recently we had a homeowner with a house to sell and wanted a new home with lots of land so we had quite a few hurdles to jump over before they could get their new home but through some hard work and some diligent negotiating we were able to not only get their home sold earlier than anticipated but found them a nice big home on a large lot at a price that they couldn't believe. That worked out so well for them...I think they were shocked that it worked out so well.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Patience. While Patience is a virtue, in this market negotiating and patience go hand in hand. I can be a calming hand but a bulldog when it comes to getting the right home, at the right price, for my client. That's what it's all about anyways, finding what's right for my clients.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The worst they can say is, "no." so you might as well ask.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I love living here in Jacksonville but I guess if I could pick anywhere in the world.... Greece, it's beautiful...I think.
