Dear Ana, I just had to write to let you know how much we appreciated your assistance in our search over the weekend. It was such a pleasure to be shown the homes you had scheduled, and not be pressured. You took the time to make a very helpful presentation which made seeing the homes fast and efficient. We anticipated a harrowing experience, not such a pleasant one. The places we saw were exactly what we asked to see, nothing more, and nothing less. It is like you read our minds. You also took the extra step in letting us know what defects were there that we may not have seen otherwise. It amazed us that we were able to accomplish all that we did in such a short timeframe. You enabled us to see all of our options to make an informed and confident decision. You can be sure that we will recommend you to anyone we can in the future.

This would have been good advice for someone to give me before it was too late. Long story short, he does not do his job!! I had a appraisal done in Dec (not this joker) but due to timing we were unable to close the loan. We started our refi again in March (2.5months later). This time chris came to do the appraisal. his value was so low we had to pay for and get a 3rd appraisal done. Here are the values that came back: 1) $525,000 2)$270,000 3)$520,000 Three different people. Guess the one chris did. Not only did he miss the value of the house, He had the facts wrong on my house. He said the house had 7 rooms, but took photo's of 12. he said the house was on a slab, you guessed it, it's off grade. just to name a few. it was as if he had the wrong house. If you let him in your home you only have yourself to blame.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

This man is not looking out for the interest of his clients if you go through him to rent or sell one of your homes be warn you will stand a better chance of selling or renting your home yourself he doesn't answer his phone doing business hours or return phone calls he is not professional at all beware and you have been warned
