- My most interesting moment in this business was with an investor trying to buy 4 properties under 20k. With a lot of searching, hard work, and many hours, I was able to get it all together and get him to closing. Since then, I have had a very loyal customer, who has also giving me many referrals that amount for way more than the original 20k.

- I am not exactly sure, but I do think it's my weird quirky sense of humor. "Turning Lemons into Lemonade"
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am most inspired by single mothers buying their first home.

- Pray that God grants us tomorrow, So we can give it another try.

- I would want to live somewhere sunny and close to the beach. I am already here!!
