"I had similar experience with Rivermont Realtor Carl Inman. I had gone into the office in hopes to receive some listings on 3 bedroom homes in the downtown Jacksonville area. After being questioned for well over 45 minutes to an hour on uncalled for questions for the intent of my purchase he had informed me that is was useless for me to try and give him my 'fabricated' stories that there is no way someone like me could ever afford the homes I was interested in and to "please, just stop wasting both of our time". Never in my life have I ever been treated in such a conduct. I am a 22 year old well accomplished woman, I guess it is just absured for anyone of my stature to be interested in the finer things in life. I just wonder what could make him treat clients this way, and how he is going to explain his actions to his daughter who was also in the office who couldn't have been older than a senior in high school. I would never, in my life recommend one Carl Inman to any person interested!"
