Jacksonville is still a growing city with several new developments. Nocatee is just starting to sell and this is a community that has been in the planning for 10 years.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy working with people and being out in the community. I love the satisfaction of finding the "IT" home for my customers.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Keeping up with the techonology and new gadgets. I love them but they can be overwhelming at times.

Working with a first time homeowner who finally found the "IT" home and seeing their faces light up knowing this is the ONE!
What is your best characteristic?
Being organized! It is impossible to do this job and not be.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My family. I love coming home to kids who inspire me to be the best I can.

"You can't please everyone all the time"
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love living right where I do. Jacksonville has so much to offer for everyone. My kids go to great schools and participate in super recreational activities. We are busy and we love it.
