Katharine Jones is one of the few real estate brokers I have worked with who knows how to run a business. She is personable, extremely knowledgeable...took my wife and I to exactly the kinds of homes we were looking for and could afford. We chose the third house we visited. Mrs. Jones also has 20 years of experience working with investment properties. We have worked with other realtors in the past but she is the best. Absolutely knows which investment properties are the best, how much it will cost to fix it up and how much you can expect to make on it through rental or quick sale. My highest recommendation! Wouldn't work with anyone else.
