Stephanie Turner buy a previous house with Elviro P Aviles and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
In dealing with the leasing agent this Mr. Aviles has taking care of his property on 1403 N. 8th St. Jax Bch, I feel he isn't the person who serves your best interest in transactions of real estate. His properties are not maintained so that the tenants can live in them. Plumbing problems not addressed in a timely manner, rodents when reported not addressed and remedy and harr****ment by the leasing agent he has hired. This shows me he isn't a responsible individual and wouldn't work to your best interest in any real estate dealings.
