Buying a House Long Distance

We were looking for a winter home in Florida,central to most venues. We flew to Orlando and met with a realtor who turned out to be less flexible than we needed. We found Andy Mindel on the internet the second day we were here and though he was out of town he agreed to meet us the next day. We had an extensive list of houses in and around Palm Bay that interested us and he added twice that many of similar houses in that same area. It took us most of one day to narrow this down to three lovely houses and then to the one we bought. The actual buying of the home was entirely handled long distance from Arkansas. With Andy's aid we were prequalified for financing, made an offer, and we accepted within 3 days after which we went home. Over the next 30 days Andy helped us with home inspection, survey, yard work and numerous other details we would have had to do ourselves if it wasn't for his willingness to help. He expedited the closing and made sure everything was delivered on time to the closing and after the closing he was kind enough to check on the condition of the house and provide us with a key. When we arrived the next week all was in order and we were able to occupy the house without any surprises or inconveniences. All in all, we can't imagine it being any more easily done and we have Andy to thank for that. We certainly would recommend Andy Mindel to anyone that was interested in buying a home in Brevard County. He is the best!!!!

A quick sale in a tough market

Andy knows the area very well. He was much more professional than the other potential agent I interviewed before listing, though they both recommended a listing price at about the same number. That said, within two weeks Andy had marketted the home well and let us know that we had multiple offers, so we were able to quickly sell over listing - So much better result than we really expected.
