Unfortunately it is difficult to find a trustworthy and 'work ethic' realtor. If you chose Alex then be warned, he is the typical realtor who will lie, manipulate and try and get every last cent you own, just to fulfill his greed. Please search for a more reputable realtor (by recommendations from friends and family etc) . You will be grateful you did in the long term. Be warned.

He rented my units (I live in NY) without telling me and collected the funds himself. I never saw one penny. He told prospective buyers that he owned my property, took a deposit, and never returned it. I have over $10K in bounced checks from him to me. Stay away - he is bad news.

Patty has assisted me with findin rentals for myself for many years. Even though she makes less money on rentals than home sales she still goes about it with the same energy and amazing personality. Patty is extreemly knowledgeable about the current market. I would recommend Patty to anyone buying or renting in S. Florida.
