EF buy a previous house with Jose A Vasquez and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
He rented my units (I live in NY) without telling me and collected the funds himself. I never saw one penny. He told prospective buyers that he owned my property, took a deposit, and never returned it. I have over $10K in bounced checks from him to me. Stay away - he is bad news.
