- I enjoy being in the real estat market for many reasons It is truly gratifing finding the first time home buyer there dream. But I also thrive on getting the deal for my clients they want I love to negociate the contract to there terms.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Being a woman in the commercial field I would have to say is my most enjoyable challenge. There is nothing better then having them think you are a pushover and they wake up finding out I have gotten the upperhand on the deal for my clients. It is truly a satisfying experience. Not to mention profitable for all involved!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- All closing's that actually close is a success story. After all we are in this for the end result sellers want to sell buyers want to buy and we need to get this done in order to achieve success.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Contract's and getting them to close I am pleasant to work with but will you find I am relentless when it comes to details and terms. I love it.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The thrill of working the contract I have to say is my most inspiring thing. I love to get down to the numbers and terms . Accomplishing this is truly satisfying.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Well there are the norm's List you last, sellers are liars etc. The best advise I have received is to treat each deal as if it were my own money. Be honest fair and open upfront. Saves time and money with usually a happy ending.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- That is a question I have been asking myself for years and Always end up with the same answer. We live here in paradise and haven't found a better place. So the answer is right here in our own back yard.
