- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love both sides of the real estate industry. I enjoy working with sellers by listing homes and getting their home sold as well as working with buyers, finding the home that fits their desires and needs as well as being within their budgeted price range.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- In the past couple of years, the real estate market in our area has seen speedy inflation which has tapered off to a more realistic valuation of homes. I am thrilled that the price of homes has reverted back to a realistic price range so that more buyers can afford to pursue the "American Dream".
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- The most interesting sale I ever made blew me away! I had been showing home after home to an elderly lady and we were both getting a little overwhelmed with the process. As we entered the last home on our list, she suddenly screamed, "Oh My God!". She was crying and grabbing for me when we both fell down! I feared that she was having a heart attack or something but it turned out that she was simply over excited in having found the home of her dreams. I was shocked because, in my estimation, it was the ugliest home I had ever seen! The seller was willing to offer money for repairs and my client ended up making that home the prettiest home on the street! I guess beauty trully is in the eye of the beholder. She had a vision and turned it into reality!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I take my business very serious and am dedicated to providing superior service to my clients. Even though I take my business serious, I am a casual dresser and especially appreciate it when my clients are dressed for coolness and comfort as well! It's too easy to become overheated showing homes in southeast Florida and I feel that looking for a home should be a fun and rewarding experience!
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- What inspires me the most is that you just never know what the day will bring. If I can bring joy into someone's life, I have met my purpose for that particular day!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice I ever received was to take one day at a time and, that laughter is the best medicine!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- There isn't anywhere else I'd rather live than in in sunny south Florida!
