We couldln’t have been more satisfied with Donna Mattei-O’Brian! Unlike other realtors who have shown us anything in their inventory, Donna interviewed us carefully, making sure she understood our needs, interests, and limitations, and then tailored our showings to exactly fit our criteria. Then, when we found a property we liked, Donna, as our buyer-broker, called us the next day to tell us another buyer had just placed an offer on it. She met us in two hours! She did not push the sale, nor use scare tactics to get the highest price. Instead, she engaged us in (what was for us, an hours-long) values clarification on whether we wanted to pay the asking price, how badly we wanted it, what other properties were on the market, their asking prices, how closely they fit our criteria, market projections, etc. Gently she led us to our offer, which, we are happy to report, was accepted. We found Donna's advice on a reputable lender and insurance agent also top rate. We are so grateful!

What a hard worker!
We were living in Georgia and looking for a home in Gainesville. Donna was invaluable in our search and went above and beyond the average agent. She even tok videos of homes to send to us in Georgia along with many listings so we did not have to make as many trips to Florida to choose a home.
