I rented an apartment from these guys for a year. There was a leak in the roof of the apartment and these guys didn't fix it till the end of the one year tenure. There was no check drop facility, this guy insisted that I drop the check at his office every month. Finally, they charged me half my deposit and made me pay the utilities even after the tenure. Highly NOT recommended!
