- The average home sales price is 250,000.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy spending time with people and helping them find that special home. I enjoy sharing what i know with my customers and earning their respect and lifelong relationships. I beleive in treating others as i would want to be treated.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most difficult situation is finding buyers that committ to a realtor and the sale. The market is tough and so is financing. Yet, many want to buy but are just looking. It takes time and money for a realtor to work for a buyer. Sometimes buyers don't realize that we don't receive a regular paycheck, we are dedicating our time to work for them. Buyers should keep that in mind when looking at property with a realtor.

- Our short sale successes began 2 years ago and have increased to almost one closing a week. The shortest time we completed a short sale approval with the bank is ..... 2 days!!! on a 1.3 million dollar property!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am patient and understanding. I dedicate my time for my clients. I provide them with the best, most accurate information whether it benefits a sale or not.. What's important to me is that my client is happy and there are no secrets.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My husband inspires me with his wisdom and perseverence. He is our broker and a paralegal. I am inspired by members in our network that we work with everyday .
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Put it in writing
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I can't pick one place to choose to live - i'd have to say i'd love to visit Europe again, Hawaii, Japan, Canada again, and other countries and states.
