I am an agent in Ft Walton Beach, Florida. I have recently retired from active duty Air Force after 26 years and have spent the last 5 years developing my business and contacts in preparation for my retirement. I have a natural tendency and attraction to the military community which naturally puts me in contact with perspective buyers and sellers daily. I thrive on being able to assist them wherever they may be moving to for their military commitments. I pride myself on the ability to find homes for clients and my reputation is the most valuable asset I have. Nothing can sway me from the integrity instilled into me by my years of military service.
I hope to help as many people as possible locate their piece of the american dream and I look forward to working with each and everyone.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Working with people is a passion of mine. Seeing their face when they have just purchased or sold their home is a satisfaction I get that is better than any paycheck I may receive!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Dealing with other agents that are doing this strictly for the monetary rewards. I love this business and hope to spread my enthusiasm for it with others. A smooth closing is an extremely satisfying feeling for everyone.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I was working with a client that lived in Mn. Their price range was limited due to this being a second property that they would own. Locating a property that met all their criteria became a mission of mine because it was a tough task. Finally after 4 months of looking, it happened. The clients had come close to giving up and I didn't. It just made me feel so good to have finally located their property and make them as happy as when they first started looking.
What is your best characteristic?
Generosity of time and the ability to explain the processes involved in buying and selling of a home
Who or what inspires you the most?
The clients. This is usually the biggest undertaking of a person financially and to be able to help them through the process and see them happy with the outcome is the greatest feeling.
What is the best advice you ever received?
No matter how bad things get, you got to go on living, even if it kills you.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Florida is the place for me!
