Stay away from Heppel Realty and specifically Melisa Giovannelli! She is very abrasive and unprofessional. She was difficult to get ahold of, and did not keep her word. The entire process was unpleasant and I would not recommend her to anyone!

She greeted me with a smile and actually listened to me! She asked some questions wanting to know what was important to us to have in a house and what wasn't. She sent me many listings and asked me to look through them and pick my top 6. She showed us the homes we picked that next weekend and we had a contract on one by Sunday evening. It all went smoothly until my lender claimed it would take longer than expected, Vicky pushed them to get us to close on time and we did. She's very professional and we're happy with the service we recieved from her.

Ms. Pearsall was employed as my buyer's broker. She has no assistants, and as such offers do not get made and counter-offers are not responded to when she goes out of town. Although, I purchased two homes through Ms. Pearsall, she nontheless cursed me when I decided to terminate our relationship (email proof on file). I could only imagine how she treats clients who never purchase anything through her! Stay away from this unprofessional and abrasive agent!
