A.M. buy a previous house with Melisa W Giovannelli and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Stay away from Heppel Realty and specifically Melisa Giovannelli! She is very abrasive and unprofessional. She was difficult to get ahold of, and did not keep her word. The entire process was unpleasant and I would not recommend her to anyone!

Ramie sold our Cape Coral home for top dollar. When we were ready to buy, Ramie listened to what we wanted in a home. She found and showed us many homes as we refined our criteria. She found a home with EVERYTHING we wanted for $1000s less than our budget ( and appraisal!) We closed quickly on our home over a year ago. We couldn't be happier w/ our purchase. We will only use Ramie. She listens to her clients and advocates in their best interests.
