Sam S buy a previous house with Colleen L Pearsall and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Ms. Pearsall was employed as my buyer's broker. She has no assistants, and as such offers do not get made and counter-offers are not responded to when she goes out of town. Although, I purchased two homes through Ms. Pearsall, she nontheless cursed me when I decided to terminate our relationship (email proof on file). I could only imagine how she treats clients who never purchase anything through her! Stay away from this unprofessional and abrasive agent!
