Home sales in the SW Florida real estate market set an all-time record in April 2009 with 1,468 sing

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Statewide single family home sales were up 18% and median home sale prices were down 31%, and condo sales were up 21% and median condo prices were down 40%. As you can see, Fort Myers and Cape Coral are leading the state, as our home sales are up 81% over last year compared to the statewide average of 18%. SW Florida condo median prices were down 33% compared to the state average of 40%

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
My job has to be one of the best in the world as I get to travel and meet great people from all walks of life. It is a great joy to sell a youg couple their first home or when you can sell a more established couple a Gulf front home that they have saved all their life for! All aspects of this business are rewarding.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Finding new dinning experiences when good friends and customers come into town! Everything else falls into place if you surround yourself with good people!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I would hate to single out just one because in each sale it is it's own success story. It could be a first home, or a house for a child that is going to college and needs to be close to the university, and I could go on and on! There are special moments in all!!!!

What is your best characteristic?
The ability to make friends, set a rapport with people. One of my first customers in the business was a groomsman in my wedding. I feel very strong about my realtionship with customers as I want them to be life long friends and feel good about refering friends and family members to me.

Who or what inspires you the most?
God, Jesus Christ the reason why we live, to live for him and work toward a goal to not only make this a better place for me but for everyone I come into contact with. My family and friends inspire me to keep positive and do the right thing even when times are hard there is always someone who has it much worse than you do!

What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't look directly into the sun!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Wow what a crazy question..... when you live in paradise, is there any place else to live. We live where people aspire and dream to live one day! South West Florida is Paradise!
